Anchor - Reviewing Web-Access Log Events
Posted by Rick Klemetson, Last modified by Anne Doring on Apr 11, 2017 12:50 PM

Overview

In addition to reviewing the activity log and monitoring reports through the administrative web portal, private cloud partners also have access to the web-access.log file, which provides detailed information on captured events. The web-access.log file can be found in the Anchor server log folder, and contains information related to user access, file and folder activity, and so forth.

To review the web-access.log file:

  1. On the server that houses your Anchor server service, navigate to [target drive]:\Anchor Server\logs\directory, and open the web-access.log file.
  2. Review the web-access.log file, using the images below as a reference.
