As an Anchor administrator, it is important to ensure that your end users feel confident navigating and working within the system. To help support your end users, you can:

  1. Train your end users remotely using the unbranded video featured below. Click here to view and distribute this video in a new browser window.
  2. Train your end users in a face-to-face setting using this unbranded end user training slide deck.
  3. We recommend that you provide the Anchor End User Guide as a supporting resource. Alternatively, you can download and edit the Microsoft Word Anchor End User Guide with your own branding.
